Tawkify Refund Policy

By using the services (“Services”) offered by Tawkify, Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Tawkify"), we are committed to making sure you have a positive experience and that we are available to answer any questions you may have or assist you in using our Services.

When you sign up for any of our Services, we require that you pay an engagement retainer. The amount of such retainer will depend on the Services you purchase and will be specified on the electronic receipt provided via email upon completion of your purchase (the “Engagement Retainer”).

If, for any reason, after purchasing one of our Services, you feel that we did not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund in writing within 3 business days of the date of purchase (the “Refund Period”).

The Engagement Retainer is non-refundable except for the Refund Period set forth above. The balance of any prepaid package fees exceeding the Engagement Retainer can be refunded, less any amounts associated with any used portion of the Services. Please note, there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, for which any outstanding matches planned or in planning shall be forfeited.

You may pause your account once for up to a total of 3 months in any 3-month period during your use of the Services (“Pause Period”). Forfeiture of unused matches in a package may occur if you do not notify us in advance or before any matches enter planning. Repeated refusal of matches, problematic lack of availability or poor behavior on a date could lead to immediate termination of your experience without refund.

Our Services are very diverse, therefore sometimes additional terms or specific refund policies may apply. Any additional terms will be identified or displayed when you sign up for or purchase the relevant Services, and those additional terms shall become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

Please Note: Refunds may take 3-10 business days to post to your credit card statement.
